What this site collects.
Seisa is a product for private equity firms, and this is its pre-launch page. It has no accounts and no login. There is one form on it, and this explains what happens if you use it.

No cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. That is why you were not asked to dismiss a banner: there is nothing to consent to.
Measuring visits
We count page views through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify you. It records the page, the referring site, any campaign tag on the link you followed, your country, and your device, browser and operating system — as counts, not as a profile. We cannot tell from it who you are, and we cannot connect a visit to an email address.
If you leave your email
Then we hold something that identifies you, and the rest of this page is about that. Here is everything that reaches us, and why.
- Your email address
- What you typed. It is the reason the form exists.
- Your organisation
- We take the domain from your address — the part after the @ — and look it up with Diffbot, a company-data service, to find the firm’s name, size, country and sector. Only the domain is sent. Your address never leaves us. Free-email domains are not looked up at all.
- Roughly where you are
- Your city, region, country and timezone, worked out from your IP address by our host. A city, not an address.
- Your network and language
- The name of the network your request came from — usually an internet provider, sometimes an employer — and the language your browser asks for.
- How you arrived
- The campaign tag on the link you followed, if there was one, and the site you came from.
- Your IP address
- Held in memory for up to a minute to stop the form being flooded, then gone. It is not written down and never reaches the message we receive.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is posted into a private channel in our own Slack, where our team reads it and replies to you. It is not put in a database, not used to advertise to you, not sold, and not shared with anyone outside the services named on this page.
Why we are allowed to
Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is legitimate interests: you asked a business to get in touch, and we need to know enough to reply usefully. We looked at whether the enrichment above is more than you would expect, and kept it to what a colleague would work out from your email signature — which firm you are at, and roughly where. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete it.
Who else sees it
Three services, each acting on our instructions: Vercel hosts this site and provides the analytics; Diffbot resolves the domain to a firm; Slack is where the enquiry lands. All three are United States companies, so your details are transferred outside the UK under the safeguards their data processing terms provide.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in the Slack channel while we are still in touch about them, and we clear the channel within twelve months of launch. Ask us sooner and we will remove yours.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Email legal@horison.ai and we will act within a month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Who we are
Horison AI Ltd is the data controller. 167–169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF. We have not appointed a data protection officer, so enquiries go to legal@horison.ai.
If you already use the Horison platform, the policy covering your account and the documents in it is at app.horison.ai/privacy. This page covers only this site.
Booking a call
The booking button takes you to Calendly, which is a different company with its own privacy policy. Anything you type there, you give to them.
